Placing Online Orders
Browse the product brand pages and click the "order" button on the products you are
interested in purchasing. This allows you to
quickly browse the pictures and descriptions of the products, select the
products you would like to buy, and checkout. The checkout process allows
clients who have shopped here before to login in. This will automatically
fill out your personal information to save you time.
The order form option has been discontinued due to low usage and to ensure clients have a consistent experience.
Placing Telephone / Fax Orders
If you feel more comfortable speaking to a live person, you can place your
order over the telephone. The process is slightly slower because it is important
that we take down your order and billing information accurately.
It is a good idea to have the "Item Number" for each product you will like to purchase. This
can eliminate confusion on which products you would like since many products
have both english and french names. Furthermore, some products change names frequently or
are discontinued and replaced with more effective products.
A quicker alternative to Internet ordering is to send a fax of your order (toll-free).
Please include your name and address, shipping information, and the Item # of each product
you would like to order. Remember to include an email address or phone number
where we can reach you if we need more information.
Placing Makeup Orders
Because our makeup selection is very large, we only include a small number of products on the Internet. If
you know which products you are interested in, you can place an order by including the
product names in the "Additional Comments" box on the order form. It is best if you are already
familar with the makeup products, since makeup is commonly tested before buying to get the look you want.
Try to find out which products are best suited for you, testing them in-store, and then buy them online in the
future. You will probably save yourself money and most importantly time.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash and Interac are also accepted at the spa.
Note: Credit cards are never charged until the day your order is shipped.
Billing Questions
Please email or call with your billing questions. The most common question is: Will my card be charged in
Canadian dollars? Your order will include a transaction slip stating the dollar amount in Canadian
dollars.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and charged in Canadian Dollars.
This is automatically converted to your home currency by AMEX/VISA/MC at the market rate.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Some online email accounts such
as hotmail and yahooMail may receive email slightly delayed. At the time your order is shipped,
you will receive an additional confirmation of shipment including the amount and the date.
To track your order, obtain full details of your order, or inquire on previous orders, login to the order tracking system. The username
and password are sent in both email confirmations.
Bonus Credit
As of February 1, 2006 the Bonus Credit program has been discontinued. Any remaining credit will automatically be applied to your future orders until the balance is zero.
Cancelling & Modifying Orders
Credit cards are never charged until the day your order is shipped. Please call 1-888-771-1688 as soon as possible. Email
may not provide us enough time since we usually ship your order the same day or the next day. Please consult
our return and exchange policy below.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please call 1-888-771-1688 before Returning or Exchanging your products, this will allow us to better track the process.
We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping when we receive the damaged products with a copy
of the receipt (a fax is also acceptable). Unopened products and products that cause an allergic reaction can
be returned with a copy/fax of the receipt for a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
Orlane and Physician's Choice products are 100% guaranteed.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate "Skincare products - Return to Sender" on the parcel to avoid duty charges.
Also remember to include a note with your name and contact information.

Delivery times are usually faster than those posted. We ship the same day or the next day after we receive your order.
There is usually no duty charges on skincare products. Refer to your postal bureau to check the most up-to-date information.
There is no duty when shipping to the United States. Note that tracking is only available in the U.S. and Canada.
Sales Tax
There is no PST on Internet orders since we are located in Alberta. However, orders shipped to addresses in
Canada will be charged 5% GST. There are no charges for orders shipped elsewhere.
Security & Privacy
Our website is protected by the Bell Canada Secure Server. The information entered is encrypted when it is sent from you and decrypted when it is received for our processing.
Bell Canada uses a Stronghold Secure Server (Apache SSL). A new key is generated for each session. The ordering system performs a bit slower than browsing due to key negotiation
and encryption/decryption.
Regular web browsers support 124-bit RSA and 40bit RC4 encryption. You can download secure versions of Netscape Communicator and Microsoft IE in the US and Canada that support 128bit RC4 encryption,
but 40bit encryption is already very secure. Our server supports both 128bit and 40bit encryption.
When ordering products with Internet Explorer 5 and higher you can see a lock icon near the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window.
Double click it to find out more about the certificate authority that authenticates us. You can be confident that your personal information
will not be intercepted by others along the way. We have never had a breach of security at Juliet's Day Spa and have been operating the Internet business for over 6 years.
Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will your information be released to anyone.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will only receive mail from Juliet's Day Spa. We do not participate in unsolicited bulk mailing.
